Due to lack of time we were not able to translate all wishes into the English but Cybex employees will be glad to help you choose a wish and advise on how to proceed from there. The list of wishes you can find under link Magical book of wishes, at Cybex reception and in the gym on the board. It is possible to pay for the whole present or to contribute any amount to selected present.

1.  Announce at Cybex reception the name of children you would like to buy a present to.

2.  Send your identification details to Nadacni fond J&T foundation: This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it email address, it is necessary to mention the number assigned to each child and amount you would like to contribute in that e-mail. Your identification details are required for deed of gift creation.

Required details:

a)   natural person – name, surname, permanent address, post address, e-mail contact, telephone number
b)   legal entity – name, registered address, VAT number, commercial code registration, responsible person, post address, e-mail contact, telephone number
c)   Approval if you want to be mentioned in the foundation annual report

3.  Send the amount you would like to donate to the special account created specially for Magical Christmas.

4.  As soon as the amount needed for the wish fulfilment arrives to the special account, the Nadaení fond J&T foundation will transfer the amount to the supplier in the place the child lives.

The parents will pick the present up and give it to the child as a Christmas gift.
The foundation will send to all donators deed of gift.

The project evaluation will be done during February 2010 at Cybex and the results will be sent to our members by e-mail.
