Our tip!! Pilates: an exercise aimed at firming up the deep muscle system and problematic areas, which also helps promote good posture. The Pilates method believes that by strengthening the core of the body, the entire body will be balanced and formed. All movement in Pilates come from the stomach muscles and the muscles of the lower back. They are planned in such a way that they work smaller muscles which help the larger muscles and also stretch the muscle group in question. Even though this is a low-impact exercise, it is very intensive.
