A wide and dynamic range of courses, including aerobics, Pilates, power yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Tae-ba, exercises with balls and indoor-cycling represents a rich assortment from which you can select your favourite course, which will get you in shape, improve your appearance and replenish your energy levels.

Pilates: an exercise aimed at firming up the deep muscle system and problematic areas, which also helps promote good posture.

The Pilates method believes that by strengthening the core of the body, the entire body will be balanced and formed. All movement in Pilates come from the stomach muscles and the muscles of the lower back. They are planned in such a way that they work smaller muscles which help the larger muscles and also stretch the muscle group in question. Even though this is a low-impact exercise, it is very intensive. Pilates is ideal for everyone, young and old, for fit and unfit, or for those with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or with asthma.
